What is Anjouan Licence?

An Anjouan licence is issued by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros, under a framework that grew quickly after Curaçao began reforming its own regime in 2023. Licence numbers look like ALSI-112310012-F15. It sits at the lighter end even of offshore licensing. Fees and turnaround are low, requirements on player funds and complaints handling are minimal, and — the practical point — there is no register a player can search, so a number in a footer cannot be confirmed by anyone outside the operator. Treat it as a signal about recourse rather than about fraud. Plenty of ordinary casinos hold one. But if a payout is refused, an Anjouan licence gives you no realistic escalation path, so the operator's own complaints process and any named ADR body are the whole of your protection.
