Autoplay

Autoplay is a feature in online slots that spins the reels automatically for a preset number of spins — commonly options such as 10, 25, 50 or 100 — without the player clicking the spin button each time. Modern autoplay panels usually let you attach limits: a total loss cap, a single-win threshold that stops play, or instructions to halt if a bonus round is triggered. Worked example: you set 50 autoplay spins at £1 a spin with a loss limit of £30. The slot spins on its own until one of two things happens first: it completes all 50 spins, or your net losses reach £30, at which point autoplay halts and hands control back to you.
