A game aggregator is a company that connects one integration to many game studios, so a casino can add hundreds of titles from dozens of providers through a single technical connection rather than negotiating and integrating each one separately. It sits between the casino and the providers and is invisible to players.
The reason it matters to a player is indirect but real. Aggregation is why small operators can carry a lobby that looks like a large one, and why the same set of games appears across unrelated brands. It also means the chain of responsibility for a game round has three parties rather than two, which is worth knowing when a round is disputed: the casino answers first, the aggregator may hold the routing record, and the provider holds the round itself.
Aggregators typically also supply the tournament and prize-drop tools that appear across many casinos at once, which is why a promotion can look identical at competing brands. None of this changes the game rules, the licensing of the operator, or where a complaint should start — that remains the casino you hold an account with.
