How we compare

1win holds one licence: OGL/2024/587/0621 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, held by 1Win N.V. — Curaçao company 147039. The regulator's own register says more than the number does: the term ran from 6 September 2025 to 6 March 2026, with the status "Assessment in progress".

✓ Why choose 1win

  • +The licence is verifiable in the regulator's own register: OGL/2024/587/0621, 1Win N.V., Curaçao company 147039
  • +Nine banking rails, with three cryptocurrencies alongside cards, e-wallets, UPI and Pix
  • +The crypto and e-wallet withdrawal windows are the one figure on this row a second source repeats
  • +Balances in eight currencies and the interface in seven languages, matching the markets it accepts
  • +Casino, sportsbook and poker under one account

✕ Why you might not

  • The licence term expired on 6 March 2026 and the register still showed "Assessment in progress" on 29 July 2026
  • x40 on a 500% match is two hundred times the deposit in turnover, inside fourteen days
  • A $5,000 maximum cashout caps what bonus winnings can ever leave the account
  • The bonus terms have no source: the operator publishes no fetchable terms, and the one secondary source states the offer three incompatible ways
  • None of the seven player-protection tools has been established either way
  • The per-method deposit minimums and ceilings are unsourced, and the one source we have contradicts them
  • Progressive-jackpot and selected high-RTP slots are excluded, and a $5 maximum bet applies
  • Single Curaçao licence, no second regulator
  • A review dated 15 June 2026 with no author attached

Licenses

  • Curaçao Gaming Authority · OGL/2024/587/0621 (CW)

What to know

  • Licensing & regulation — One Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/587/0621, held by 1Win N.V. (Curaçao company 147039). The regulator's own register lists it as issued 6 September 2025 and expiring 6 March 2026, with the status "Assessment in progress" — so the stated term has passed and the assessment is still open (register snapshot 29 July 2026). Curaçao is a lighter-touch regime than Malta or Great Britain and offers no comparable dispute-resolution route. No second regulator.
  • Player protection tools — Not established. Nobody has opened the site and checked which of the seven tools we record — deposit limits, reality checks, self-exclusion, time-out, self-assessment, transaction history and a visible help link — 1win actually exposes, so they are held as unknown and no checklist renders on this page. Read that as "nobody has looked", never as "there is nothing there".
  • Bonus & terms fairness — A 500% match to $1,025 at x40 — two hundred times the deposit in turnover — inside fourteen days, with a $5,000 maximum cashout, a $5 maximum bet, live casino and video poker weighted at 5%, and progressive-jackpot and selected high-RTP slots excluded. NONE OF THOSE FIGURES HAS A SOURCE. They predate any provenance on this row; the operator publishes no terms text a fetch can read; and the single secondary source states the offer three incompatible ways and gives wagering as both 40x and 35x on one page (see `_provenance._the_bonus_is_not_from_this_source`, which exists to stop somebody replacing an unsourced figure with a differently unsourced one). Only the terms shown at signup bind.
  • Track record & scale — Trading since 2016 — corroborated by one secondary source, not by the operator — with a sportsbook and a poker room alongside the casino, accepted in nine markets. `launched_at` is 2016-01-01, a first-of-January stand-in for a year we hold and a day we do not. WE HOLD NO COMPLAINTS DATA AND MAKE NO CLAIM ABOUT CONDUCT IN PRACTICE. This note read "Fast-growing since 2016 but with a mixed reputation" until 2026-08-17: "mixed reputation" is a verdict on an operator's behaviour, it was sourced to nothing, and it is exactly the kind of unmeasured claim this corpus refuses to publish. Removed rather than rewritten, because there is no evidence to rewrite it from.

Our 1win review

1win holds one licence: OGL/2024/587/0621 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, held by 1Win N.V. — Curaçao company 147039. The regulator's own register says more than the number does: the term ran from 6 September 2025 to 6 March 2026, with the status "Assessment in progress". On the 29 July 2026 snapshot that term had been expired for nearly five months and the assessment was still open. That is a state rather than a verdict — the same register shows what a finished one looks like, an expiry of "N/A" and the status "Indefinite" — but it is not a licence in settled good standing, and Curaçao offers no dispute-resolution route comparable to Malta's or Great Britain's. There is no second regulator.

The bonus is the least verified thing on this page

The figures recorded here are a 500% match up to $1,025 at x40 wagering, a $5,000 maximum cashout, a $10 minimum deposit, a $5 maximum bet and fourteen days to clear it, with slots counting in full, table games at 10%, live casino and video poker at 5%, and progressive-jackpot and selected high-RTP slots excluded. Read the multiplier before the headline: a 500% match makes the bonus five times the deposit, so x40 on the bonus is two hundred times the deposit in turnover, and the $5,000 cap limits what can leave the account however the spins land. None of it is confirmed. 1win's own site is a JavaScript application that returns no terms text to a fetch, and the one secondary source we have states the offer three incompatible ways and gives wagering as both 40x and 35x on the same page. A page that contradicts itself three times about one offer is not a source for it. Only the terms shown to you at signup bind.

Banking

Nine rails: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, India's UPI and Brazil's Pix. The withdrawal windows recorded — under an hour on the three cryptocurrencies, up to 24 hours on the e-wallets, one to three working days on cards — are the one part of this row a second source repeats, and it is a competitor affiliate rather than the operator. We did not measure any of them; we do not open accounts, and no claim about payout speed in practice is made here. The per-method minimums and ceilings ($10 to $50,000, and $5 on UPI and Pix) have no source at all, and the same source that matches the windows contradicts them, quoting a $1 minimum deposit. Balances are held in eight currencies including BRL, INR, AZN, UZS and KZT, and the site runs in seven languages.

What nobody has checked

Which of the seven player-protection tools the site exposes: nobody has opened it and looked. Until 13 August 2026 this entry published four of them as present and three as absent, on no authority whatever, and the site owner withdrew the whole checklist that day — a cross reads as "we checked and it is missing", and nobody had checked. The tools are now recorded as unknown, which is honest and is not the same as saying they are absent. The row also names a review dated 15 June 2026 with no author attached to it. Founding in 2016 rests on a single secondary source.

1win accepts nine markets — Brazil, India, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Chile, Peru and Mexico — and blocks the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia and Japan. It runs a sportsbook and a poker room alongside the casino.

Terms used on this page

1win: common questions

Is 1win licensed?

1win publishes licence OGL/2024/587/0621 (Curaçao Gaming Authority). A licence names the regulator that supervises the operator. It does not decide whether gambling is legal where you live — your own national law does that.

What is the 1win welcome bonus, and what are its terms?

The published welcome offer is 500% up to $1025. Before winnings can be withdrawn, the deposit plus the bonus must be wagered 40×, and the terms allow 14 days to do it. The published cap on what can be withdrawn from it is $5000. Promotions change and differ by country — only the terms shown to you at sign-up bind.

What is the minimum deposit at 1win?

The welcome offer requires a deposit of at least $10. That is the bonus's condition rather than the cashier's floor — individual payment methods set their own minimums, some of them higher.

How long do 1win withdrawals take?

It depends on the method. The fastest is all but instant (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether); the slowest is 1–3 days (Visa and Mastercard). Those are the operator's own published processing windows — identity checks and your bank or wallet add time on top.

Which payment methods does 1win accept?

1win publishes 9 payment methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Which of them are open to you depends on your country and account currency, and not every method can be used to withdraw.

Which countries are restricted at 1win?

1win lists the following countries as restricted: Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and United States. The operator's list changes, and what finally controls is its current terms together with the law where you live — check both before registering.
