How we compare

CrownSlots changed hands on paper, and this review changed with it. Its own footer now reads that the site "is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica with company registration number 3-102-911867", operating "under E-gaming license No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission".

βœ“ Why choose CrownSlots

  • +Licensee, company number and licence are published in the operator's own footer: Metlait SRL, Costa Rica 3-102-911867, Tobique e-gaming licence No. 0000064
  • +The welcome package's conditions are all published and specific β€” wagering, caps, maximum bet and excluded games are each stated rather than left to a general clause
  • +The first stage needs no promo code and qualifies from a €20 deposit
  • +Weekly live-casino cashback is credited with no wagering requirement at all
  • +Cards are paid out, not just charged β€” Visa and Mastercard both appear on the withdrawal table
  • +Player-protection tools are enumerated on their own page: deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion

βœ• Why you might not

  • βˆ’Maximum winnings from each cash bonus equal the bonus ceiling itself, so a perfectly cleared €1,000 bonus returns at most €1,000
  • βˆ’Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 across the whole package, whatever the spins produce
  • βˆ’40x wagering with a €5 maximum bet that explicitly covers doubling bets and bonus buys
  • βˆ’Jackpot slots and every EGT title are barred while a bonus is active, plus about sixty named slots
  • βˆ’The bonus terms contradict themselves on game weighting β€” 0% in one clause, 5% in another
  • βˆ’The Tobique licence cannot be checked against any public register we could find, and it replaced a CuraΓ§ao permit whose seal no longer resolves
  • βˆ’Weekly cashback excludes crypto deposits and any player whose withdrawal-to-deposit ratio exceeds 70%
  • βˆ’Withdrawals are capped at €1,000 a day, €4,000 a week and €15,000 a month, so a fully cleared €3,700 welcome package cannot leave the account inside a week
  • βˆ’Every deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn, bonus or no bonus, and a dormant account is charged €25 a month

What to know

  • Licensing & regulation β€” Metlait SRL, Costa Rica company 3-102-911867, under Tobique Gaming Commission e-gaming licence No. 0000064 β€” read from the operator's own live footer on 2026-08-19. It replaced a CuraΓ§ao licence (Hollycorn N.V., OGL/2023/176/0095) whose validation seal no longer resolves. Tobique is a 2023 First Nation regime and no searchable register was findable from here, so nothing outside the site confirms the number. The same licence number appears on the sister brand Neospin: one permit, two casinos.
  • Bonus & terms fairness β€” Published in full and unusually specific, which is to the operator's credit β€” and what they specify is tight. 40x on bonus plus free-spin winnings, a €5 maximum bet covering doubling and bonus buys, seven days per stage, jackpot slots and all EGT titles barred, and a maximum win from each cash bonus equal to the bonus itself (€1,000/€1,200/€1,500), with free-spin winnings capped at €150. The document also contradicts itself on game weighting, 0% against 5%.
  • Payouts & complaints β€” Read from the live payments page and Terms v1.0 on 2026-08-19. CrownSlots: cards paid out as well as charged, deposits €20-€5,000 fee-free, withdrawals from €30, and frequency caps of €1,000 daily / €4,000 weekly / €15,000 monthly β€” low enough that a cleared welcome package needs weeks to leave. Both: payouts targeted at 72 hours, a 3x wagering requirement on every deposit even without a bonus, a €25 monthly dormancy fee after twelve months, and EGIS named as the ADR body.
  • Player protection tools β€” Enumerated on the operator's own page: deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion, 18+, and links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. No reality check and no self-assessment test β€” a finding, since the page lists what it has.

Our CrownSlots review

The CrownSlots lobby on a lilac hero banner reading Welcome Pack, 390% up to €3,700 plus 175 FS, above a Get Bonus button; category tiles run from Lobby and Jackpot Games to Megaways and Drops&Wins, over a Top Games row led by Fury Of Anubis and Sun Of Egypt 3.
CrownSlots homepage, captured

CrownSlots changed hands on paper, and this review changed with it. Its own footer now reads that the site "is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica with company registration number 3-102-911867", operating "under E-gaming license No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission". Until recently the same footer named Hollycorn N.V. and a Curaçao licence whose validation seal has since stopped resolving. Two things follow. Tobique is a young regime — created under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023 by a First Nation in Canada — and no public register was findable from here, so the number is the operator's claim and nothing outside the site confirms it. And the sister brand Neospin publishes the SAME licensee, the SAME Costa Rica company and the SAME licence number: one permit, two storefronts.

390% up to €3,700 β€” and the ceiling that decides what it is worth

The welcome package runs over three deposits. First: 125% up to €1,000 with 100 free spins, no code needed, from a €20 deposit. Second: 115% up to €1,200 on code CROWN2. Third: 150% up to €1,500 with 75 spins on CROWN3. A separate high-roller first deposit pays 100% up to €5,000 on ROYAL1 from €500. Wagering is 40x throughout, and on the spin stages it applies to the bonus plus the free-spin winnings. Each stage lives seven days.

Now the part the hero banner does not carry. The maximum you can win from each cash bonus equals the bonus ceiling itself β€” €1,000 on the first stage, €1,200 on the second, €1,500 on the third β€” so a €1,000 bonus cleared perfectly returns at most €1,000. Free-spin winnings are capped separately at €150 no matter what the spins do. The maximum bet while wagering is €5, and the terms say explicitly that this covers doubling bets and purchased bonus rounds, which closes the two standard routes through a 40x requirement. Jackpot slots and every EGT title are blocked outright while a bonus is active, alongside a named list of about sixty more including Book of Dead, Dead or Alive 2 and Reactoonz. Cancel a cash stage and the later spin packs never arrive.

One caveat on the weighting: the document contradicts itself. Under "Bonus Cancellation" it says table games, live casino and lottery contribute 0% to wagering; four paragraphs later, under "Bonus Wagering Terms", the same games contribute 5%. Either way slots are the only practical route, but a reader should know the terms disagree with themselves.

What comes after the welcome

Thursday cashback pays 20% on every deposit made that day with code CASHTHU, cleared by wagering three times the day's spend before midnight UTC. A Friday reload gives 50% up to €200 on FRIDAY50, and a monthly high-roller reload 50% up to €2,000 on WHOP. The most interesting one is the weekly live-casino cashback: 10% of net losses over €100, credited with no wagering at all β€” but fiat deposits only, four lifetime deposits required, and explicitly closed to players whose withdrawal-to-deposit ratio is above 70%. The loyalty club runs fifteen statuses at 1 point per €10 wagered, paying loot boxes that are mostly free spins.

Banking, and the cap that outlives the bonus

Sixteen rails, and unusually for this tier the cards are paid out as well as charged: Visa and Mastercard both appear on the withdrawal table alongside Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, MiFinity, Interac and six cryptocurrencies, with bank transfer for larger sums. Deposits run €20 to €5,000 with no stated fee anywhere; withdrawals start at €30. The number that matters is the frequency cap: €1,000 a day, €4,000 a week, €15,000 a month. A €3,700 welcome package cleared in full cannot leave the account inside a week, and the terms offer only that "exceptions can be made for the most active and devoted players". Progressive jackpot wins are exempt. Payouts are aimed at 72 hours after approval, and one clause applies whether or not you ever touch a bonus: every deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn. An account left alone for twelve months is charged €25 a month until its balance is gone.

Who it accepts

The restricted list is 44 entries β€” Afghanistan, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, the UK and the US among them β€” plus two Canadian provinces, Ontario and New Brunswick, so Canadians elsewhere can play. Of the markets this site covers, only Brazil, Russia and Ukraine are shut out. Sweden may play but is barred from every bonus, promotion and loyalty exchange. Separately, some studios impose their own geography: NetEnt titles are unavailable in nineteen named countries, Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play in Sweden, Amatic in Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece and the USA. Disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica, with EGIS named as the independent ADR body under Tobique rules β€” a real escalation path, which not every offshore licensee publishes.

One gap left: the responsible-gambling page is the last thing on this row still quoted from a 2025 capture. It listed deposit, loss, wager and session limits, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion, with links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy at 18+. Everything else here was read from the live site on 19 August 2026.

CrownSlots: common questions

Is CrownSlots licensed?

CrownSlots publishes licence 0000064 (Tobique Gaming Commission). A licence names the regulator that supervises the operator. It does not decide whether gambling is legal where you live β€” your own national law does that.

What is the CrownSlots welcome bonus, and what are its terms?

The published welcome offer is 125% up to €1,000 + 100 free spins on the first deposit (390% up to €3,700 + 175 spins over three). Before winnings can be withdrawn, the deposit plus the bonus must be wagered 40Γ—, and the terms allow 7 days to do it. The published cap on what can be withdrawn from it is €1,000 from the cash bonus, €150 from a free-spin result. Promotions change and differ by country β€” only the terms shown to you at sign-up bind.

What is the minimum deposit at CrownSlots?

The welcome offer requires a deposit of at least €20. That is the bonus's condition rather than the cashier's floor β€” individual payment methods set their own minimums, some of them higher.

How long do CrownSlots withdrawals take?

CrownSlots publishes one withdrawal window for every method: 1–3 days (Bank Transfer). Those are the operator's own published processing windows β€” identity checks and your bank or wallet add time on top.

Which payment methods does CrownSlots accept?

CrownSlots publishes 16 payment methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and MuchBetter. Which of them are open to you depends on your country and account currency, and not every method can be used to withdraw.

Which countries are restricted at CrownSlots?

CrownSlots lists the following countries as restricted: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, Central African Republic, China, Congo - Kinshasa, Cuba, Cyprus, El Salvador, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar (Burma), Netherlands, North Korea, Poland, Romania, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela and Yemen. The operator's list changes, and what finally controls is its current terms together with the law where you live β€” check both before registering.
