What is Missing Deposit?

A missing deposit is one where the money has left your card, bank or wallet but has not appeared in the gambling account. It is a different failure from a declined deposit: the payment worked somewhere, and the confirmation never completed the round trip. The usual cause is a broken session between the payment provider and the operator — a closed tab, a lost connection, or a redirect that timed out after the bank's security step. The provider has taken the money and the operator was never told. The second common cause is an authorisation that was never settled: the amount is reserved on the card and visible in your banking app, but no charge has actually been taken, and the reservation releases itself after a few working days. What resolves it is the reference. Keep the transaction ID, the exact amount, the timestamp and the method, and send all four to support in one message; that is what lets an operator match the payment against its provider's log. What rarely resolves it is paying again, which often ends with both deposits landing at once. Where the funds stopped at the provider rather than the operator, the refund route runs through the provider, and the operator's support can only confirm that nothing arrived.
