NJ DGE

The NJ DGE is the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the state regulator that licenses and polices Atlantic City casinos and all legal online gambling in New Jersey. Housed within the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, it investigates operator applicants, enforces gaming law, and works alongside the Casino Control Commission, which handles casino licence approvals.
