On-Chain Payout

What is On-Chain Payout?

An on-chain payout is final once confirmed: fast, unreversible, and unforgiving of a wrong address or the wrong network.

What it means in practice

An on-chain payout is a withdrawal broadcast to a blockchain, where anyone can watch it confirm. Once the transaction has enough confirmations it cannot be reversed by the casino, by your bank, or by you. That finality is the advantage and the risk in one. A crypto payout clears in minutes rather than banking days and cannot be quietly cancelled, but a wrong address sends the money to a stranger permanently, and there is no chargeback and no support ticket that fixes it. Two habits make it safe. Send a small test withdrawal the first time a casino pays you, and confirm it lands before requesting the rest. And check the network as well as the address — the same address string can exist on several chains, and a payout sent on the wrong one is as lost as a wrong address. Keep the transaction hash: it is the proof that the casino paid.

Why it matters

A definition like this one decides what an offer is actually worth. The same wording turns up in bonus terms, on payment pages and in game rules, and it is usually where a promotion’s real cost is hiding — so it is worth reading an operator’s own terms with this meaning in mind rather than the marketing above them.

You must be of legal gambling age where you live — 18 in most markets, 19 or 21 in others. Understanding a term does not make an outcome more likely: casino games are built to return less than they take over time. Set deposit and time limits before you play.
