Auto roulette is a live casino format in which a real roulette wheel spins without a human croupier, the ball being launched by an air-pressure or mechanical device on a fixed schedule. The stream, the wheel and the physical ball are genuine, but there is no dealer to greet the table or announce results; camera recognition reads the winning pocket and the round settles automatically. Because nothing waits on a person, rounds cycle much faster than at a staffed table, often in well under half a minute.
